摘　　要：本文通过对中央子午线及投影面的选择与投影变形的关系,阐述了矿区独立坐标系如何建立的问题,保证可以用于工程施工放样精度的基础上的矿区独立坐标系与国家坐标系的转换。Based on the choice of central meridian and Projection Plane and the relationship with the Projection deformation, the article expound a question of how to establish an mining area independent coordinate system and its conversion with the national coordinate system on the basis of guarantee project construction and lofting precision.
