循证护理在内科胸腔镜围手术期患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨循证护理对内科胸腔镜围手术期患者的应用效果.方法 对60例胸腔镜检查者,随机分为对照组和干预组各30例,对照组实施传统的常规护理,干预组在术前及术中实施循证护理.监测两组患者在检查前、检查后15 min的心率、血压、疼痛指数、焦虑指数及检查时间.结果 两组患者的疼痛指数、焦虑指数、检查时间相比,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,循证护理效果优于常规护理.结论 循证护理在胸腔镜检查中可以减轻患者的心理负担,提高患者术中检查的配合程度及胸腔镜检查的成功率,值得推广.Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing （EBN）for patients undergoing thoracoscopy. Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into therapy group and control group. The control group performed routine care while the therapy group conducted EBN on the basis of routine.Heart rate, blood pressure, pain index, anxiety index, inspect duration time were recorded and compared between two groups. Results In the pain index, anxiety index, inspect duration time, the therapy group was better than the control group. Conclusions EBN in thoracoscopy can reduce the psychological burden and improve patients＇co-operation and inspect successful rate.
