摘　　要：目的 探讨自理模式在心血管病患者记出入量中的应用与效果.方法 根据Orem自理理论设计〈心血管病患者出入量记录本〉,规范了护士宣教内容,采用患者自己记录出入量的方法.对实验前后患者对出入量的认知、行为和护士直接工作时间进行比较.结果 自理模式应用在心血管病患者记录出入量中,可以提高患者对出入量的认知水平,加强遵照规定记录的行为,并能缩短护士直接工作时间.结论 建议在心血管病房使用标准的记出入量登记本和用具,标化健康宣教内容.Objective To explore the effect of application of self-care model in recording intake and output in cardiovascular diseases patients. Methods Self-designed intake and output charts were used and recorded by patients themselves. Cognition and behavior of recording input and output, direct nursing working time were compared between before and after using self-care model. Results After using self-care model,patients＇ cognition and behaviour of recording input and output were improved and the direct nursing working time shortened. Conclusions It is suggested that standard intake and output charts and measuring wares should be used in nursing practice in order to normalized health education.
