摘  要:以超声诊断仪探测心脏结构与功能,发现在有高血压家族史的年轻(17.3±1.3岁)正常血压子女(50名),与无高血压家族史组(50名)相比,前者主动脉根部内径增宽;左房和收缩、舒张末期左室内径、室间隔厚度和左室后壁厚度、左室重量及其指数均增加;反映左室收缩力的喷血分数、平均左室周边纤维缩短速率则减低。其中异常率最高的为左室后壁厚度(62%)、室间隔厚度(42%)、左室重量(40%)、喷血分数(36%)。认为早期左心室肥大可能作为在儿童及少年检出高血压易患者的一项有用指标。Using echocardiography to detect the cardiac structure and function, it was found that the internal diameters of left auricle and ventricle at the end of systole and diastole, thickness of interventricular septum (IVST) and posterior-wall of left ventricle (PWT), and left ventricular weight (LVW) and its index (LVWI) were increased, while those representing contraction activity of left ventricle, i.g.,ejection fraction(EF) and velocity of circumferential fibre shortening (mVCF), were decreased in normotensive offsprings(50 adolescents) of essential hypertensive parents more than in subjects without genetic predisposition (50 control adolescents). Those with higher abnormality rates were PWT (62%), IVST (42%), LVW (42%) and EF (36%). Early prehypertensive hypertrophy of left ventricle seems to be a useful predictor for hypertension-prone children and adolescents.
