尿羟脯氨酸测定对糖尿病伴代谢性骨病早期诊断的意义

摘　　要：本文报告84例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病伴24小时尿钙排出量增高患者(病人组)及84例非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病者24小时尿钙排出量正常者(对照组)所测得的24小时尿羟脯氨酸的排出量。结果表明患者组尿羟脯氨酸排出量显著高于对照组,经统计学处理差异有极显著性(P<0.001)。病人组经正规的抗糖尿病治疗后,尿羟脯氨酸的排出量逐渐降低,至治疗后6个月,其排出量恢复正常,与对照组相比,P>0.05。尿羟脯氨酸排出量与空腹血糖控制程度有关。以上结果表明,尿羟脯氨酸测定可作为糖尿病伴代谢性骨病早期诊断的指标。Urine hydroxyproline excretion was determined in 84 patients with non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus and higher urinary calcium (patient group) and 84 patients with noninsulin dependent diabetes mellitus and normal urinary calcium (control group). The results showed that urinary hydroxyproline excretion in patient group was obviously higher than in controls (P<0.001). After treatment, urinary hydroxyproline excretion decreased gradually and it became normal after 6-month treatment. Moreover, urinary hydroxyproline excretion was found correlated with the level of fasting blood glucose. The aforementioned results showed that the determination of urinary hydroxyproline could be used as an index in early diagnosis of diabetes mellitus with metabolic bone diseases.
