摘  要:硝酸铵是一种速效氮肥,经过改性可生产为硝基复合肥。介绍了硝酸铵改性生产硝基复合肥的回转造粒法和塔式造粒法的生产工艺;分析比较了2种生产工艺的特点和经济技术指标。结果表明,塔式造粒法具有建设投资少、运行成本低、造粒工艺简便、节能降耗等特点,是农用硝酸铵改性生产硝基复合肥的首选工艺。Ammonium nitrate is a kind of quickly effective nitrogen fertilizer, through modification the nitro-compound fertilizer can be produced. Author has introduced the production process for rotary granulation method and tower prining method of modifying the ammonium nitrate to nitro-compound fertilizer; has analyzed and compared the features and economic and technical indexes for the two kinds of production processes. Result indicates that tower prilling method has the advantages of less construction investment, lower running cost, more simple prilling process and having energy saving and consume reduction and so on, so it is the first preferred process for productive modification from agricultural ammonium nitrate to nitro-compound fertilizer.
