摘 要:为了解蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体的受压变形特征,建立蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体的本构关系,在标准试验方法基础上引入刚性元件,对6组共36个实心砖和多孔砖砌体短柱进行了轴心受压试验,得到试件在受压过程中的开裂及破坏形态、变形特征及特征值以及应力-应变全曲线。试验研究表明:蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体的受压破坏过程及特征与普通砖砌体类似,多孔砖砌体的破坏脆性较大;蒸压粉煤灰砖砌体的弹性模量值高于现行规范计算值;峰值压应变随抗压强度增高而增大;其受压本构关系可采用三段式来表达,上升段由直线段和曲线段组成,下降段为曲线段,与以往的砌体受压本构关系相比,其更接近实测数据。In order to find out the deformability and characters of compressed autoclave fly ash brick masonry and establish its constitutive relationship, an experimental research was carried out on 6-group(36 specimens in all) solid brick and perforated brick masonry short columns under axial compression, while adopting the rigid element based on the standard test method. The crack and deformation characteristics, the failure modes, and the complete stress-strain curves were obtained. The research results showed that the failure process and characteristics of the perforated brick masonry short columns were similar to the common brick masonry, but the perforated brick masonry tended to fail in brittle manner. The elastic modulus of the perforated brick masonry is larger than the values suggested in the present design code. The peak compressive strain of the perforated brick masonry increases along with the increase of its compressive strength; the compressive constitutive relationship of the perforated brick masonry can be expressed in a 3-segment curve with a ascending section including a straight segment and a curve segment, and a curve descending segment. Compared with the conventional constitutive relationship, this curve is closer to the measured data.
