复方蒿甲醚抑制蚊体内间日疟原虫孢子增殖观察

摘　　要：间日疟现症病人用复方蒿甲醚片，于治疗前及治疗后５、１２和２４ｈ分别以大劣按蚊叮咬吸血感染，结果用药前按蚊的唾腺子孢子阳性率为７５．８２％，用药后５ｈ有极少数吸血按蚊的胃壁卵囊阳性，但唾腺中均未检出子孢子。服药后患者血内疟原虫无性体及有性体较治疗前迅速减少，表明复方蒿甲醚能迅速杀灭红内期间日疟原虫，并能抑制其在蚊体内的孢子增殖。Mosquitoes of An. dirus were allowed to bite a patient of vivax malaria before and 5 h, 12 h and 24 h after he was treated with artemether co. tablets. Breeding and dissection of the mosquitoes showed that before treatment of artemether co., the sporozoite positive rate of An. dirus was 75. 82%. Few mosquitoes had oocyst in their guts and no sporozoite was found in their salivary glands 5 h after treatment. Asexual and sexual parasites reduced rapidly in patients blood after treatment. This indicated that artemether co. could kill P. vivax in erythrocytic phase and restrain the sporozoite multiplication.
