银屑病患者血清IgE的研究

摘　　要：本文用BA-ELISA测定64例银屑病患者的血浒IgE含量,并与22例正常人作对照。其均值相应为222.18±397.71IU/ml和178.81±127.30IU/ml。IgE高于正常值上限者6例,占9.4％,经统计学处理均无显著意义。不同皮损形态和不同病情活动性对IgE含量分析亦未见其有影响。银屑病性关节炎对IgE含量也无影响。未能证实本病患者IgE含量增高之说。Serum IgE levels were determined lay BA-ELISA in 64 psoriatic patients and 22 normal subjects. The mean values were 222±398 IU/ml and 179±127 IU/ml respectively (p>0.20). The IgE levels were elevated above the upper normal limit in 6 (9.4％) psoriasis patients. No difference in IgE level was found in psoriatic patients with lesions of different morphology or with different disease activity. Psoriatic arthritis also exerted no effect on the IgE content. We cannot prove the elevation of IgE in psoriasis as some authors reported.
