摘 要:结合广东科学中心E区巨型钢框架结构的整个施工进程,对隔震支座的施工变形进行了监测,并对监测数据进行处理与分析,得出了焊缝收缩变形是隔震支座产生变形的主要原因,而支座的后期竖向变形则随着结构自重的增加得到有效的控制并有所减小。在此基础上,利用有限元分析软件定性地分析了杆件的焊接收缩变形对隔震支座的水平变形影响。同时,为保证结构的正常使用,对结构正常运营状态下的隔震支座实施了长达两年的监测,通过对采集数据的处理与分析得出隔震支座服役变形与环境温度作用线性相关。Combined with the whole construction process of the giant steel frame structures in E area of Guangdong Science Center,the deformation monitoring was applied for the isolation bearings construction.Through analyzing the data,some results were achieved that the welding deformation is the main cause to the construction deformation of the isolation bearing and with the structure self-weight increasing,the long term vertical deformation of the isolation bearing is effectively controlled even reduced.On that basis,using finite element analysis software,a qualitative analysis was accomplished about the influence of the welding contraction deformation on the bearings deformation.Additionally,to guarantee normal service conditions of the main structure,a long time monitoring for isolation bearing health is implemented.Through the analysis of the collected data,the relationship between the bearings'deformation and environment temperature action is linear correlation.
