多元技术、适应能力与后发大国区域经济协调发展--基于大国综合优势与要素禀赋差异的理论视角

摘　　要：发展中大国后发地区的技术适应能力不是外生的,而是内生于后发区域的适宜技术选择中。如果后发区域所引进的技术与其现有的技术基础、人力资本和物质资本相适应,其技术适应能力就高,就能够较快地实现经济收敛。在拓展的"领先-追随"模型中加入适应能力参数,分析技术多元化基础上的技术适应能力。结果发现,发展中大国区域经济的协调发展决定于两个区域的技术多元化程度、人力资本差距以及后发地区的人力资本和所引进技术的先进水平;后发地区多元技术与区域内人力资本、物质资本、产业结构以及区域经济发展水平适应来促进区域经济的协调发展;但即使在技术多元性和适应性的情况下,后发区域仍无法收敛到发达区域同样的人均产量和工资水平。The technical adaptive capability of big developing countries is not an exogenous variable, but an endogenous variable of appropriate technology choice of developing regions. If the technology introduced by developing regions corresponds to their existing technological base, human capital and physical capital, the technical adaptive capability will be high, and the developing regions can quickly achieve economic convergence. By adding adaptability parameters to the expanded ＂leader - follower＂ model and analyzing technical adaptive capability on the basis of technical diversity, this paper finds that the regional economic coordinated development of large developing countries is determined by the degree of technology diversification, the human capital gap, and the human capital and the introduced technology of the developing regions; the diversified technology＇ s adaption to the level of regional human capital, physical capital and industrial structure will promote the regional economic coordinated development; but even with the technical diversity and adaptability, the developing regions are still unable to converge to the same level of per capita output and wages of the developed regions.
