摘 要:针对长江含沙率较小但输沙量较大的特点,需要采取一定的措施,在减小或避免其泥沙致灾的同时,将其加以合理利用,实现减灾兴利。根据长江流域干支流主要控制站的水沙实测资料,统计分析了包括三峡水库蓄水运用以来近50余年的长江上游、三峡工程坝下游干流河道与洞庭湖水系、鄱阳湖水系及支流汉江的泥沙输移变化,阐述了长江流域泥沙资源化的主要表现,揭示了长江流域泥沙资源的供需矛盾,并提出了相应的缓解对策。Yangtze River is characterized as small sediment concentration and large sediment discharge,therefore,we should take measures to reduce or avoid sediment induced disaster and utilize sediment reasonably.According to measured data of flow and sediment in main control stations on mainstream of Yangtze River,statistics of sediment transport changes in the upper Yangtze River,the downstream channel of TGP,Dongting Lake water system,Poyang Lake water system and Hanjiang River in nearly 50 years are analyzed including the period after operation of TGP.We think that the sedimentation in Yangtze River Basin can be utilized as a kind of natural resources and discuss the ways for its realization as well.And the contradiction of supply and demand of sediment resource is revealed and its countermeasures are proposed.
