摘  要:采用自制的PA6细旦长丝专用母粒与PA6切片共混,调整工艺参数,在常规纺丝设备上可生产32dtex/48f细旦PA6长丝。结果表明:添加母粒质量分数6.0%,纺丝温度(277±1)℃,侧吹风相对湿度50%~60%,拉伸倍数3.0,拉伸热盘温度100℃、热板165oC,可稳定生产32dtex/48f PA6细旦长丝,产品合格率达92%。A 32 dtex/48 f PA6 microfilament was produced by blending PA6 chips with the self-made masterbatch specially for PA6 microfilament under the adjusted process conditions on regular spinning equipments. The results showed that the 32 dtex/48 f PA6 microfilament can be produced steadily with the qualified rate up to 92% under the conditions as followed: 6.0% masterbatch by mass fraction, spinning temperature (277 ± 1 )℃, 50% - 60% relative humidity of cross air blow, draw ratio 3.0, heat disc temperature 100℃, heat plate temperature 165 ℃.
