摘　　要：采用自制的PA6细旦长丝专用母粒与PA6切片共混，调整工艺参数，在常规纺丝设备上可生产32dtex／48f细旦PA6长丝。结果表明：添加母粒质量分数6．0％，纺丝温度（277±1）℃，侧吹风相对湿度50％～60％，拉伸倍数3．0，拉伸热盘温度100℃、热板165oC，可稳定生产32dtex／48f PA6细旦长丝，产品合格率达92％。A 32 dtex/48 f PA6 microfilament was produced by blending PA6 chips with the self-made masterbatch specially for PA6 microfilament under the adjusted process conditions on regular spinning equipments. The results showed that the 32 dtex/48 f PA6 microfilament can be produced steadily with the qualified rate up to 92% under the conditions as followed： 6.0% masterbatch by mass fraction, spinning temperature （277 ± 1 ）℃, 50% - 60% relative humidity of cross air blow, draw ratio 3.0, heat disc temperature 100℃, heat plate temperature 165 ℃.
