摘  要:目的:比较微波提取与传统工艺对制川乌和白芍中有效成分乌头总生物碱、芍药苷及浸膏得率的影响研究。方法:以L9(34)正交设计法,用紫外可见分光光度法测定乌头总生物碱,采用HPLC法测定芍药苷,并以其含量及浸膏得率作为评价指标。结果:优化微波提取工艺为:微波辐射功率800W,微波辐射时间为30min,乙醇浓度为65%,料液比为1∶10;传统提取工艺为:乙醇浓度为65%,物料比1∶10,提取时间为2h,提取次数2次。结论:微波提取时间短,有效成分提取率高。AIM: To compare the extraction rate of bioactive components and yield of the extraction from Radix Aconiti praeparata coupled with Radix Paeoniae alba drug-pair between microwave extraction (ME) with reflux extraction,the following study was carried out. METHODS: Orthogonal test,ME,UV-spect-rophotometry and HPLC were employed in the experiment. The contents of total alkaloids in Aconiti preparata and the paeoniflorin in Paeoniae alba were measured besides the yield of extraction. RESULTS: The optimum condition of the microwave extraction was that the solvent was 65% ethanol,the microwave power was 800 W,the proportion of raw material to solvent was 1 ∶ 10 and the radiation time was 30 min. The optimum reflux extraction was that 10 times of 65% ethanol and extracted for 2 times,boiling range for 2 h. CONCLUSION: The optimal microwave extraction technology can provide a high yield and need less time.
