摘  要:目的:建立同时测定沙苑子中沙苑子苷A和鼠李柠檬素含量的高效液相色谱方法,考察沙苑子及其炮制品中沙苑子苷A和鼠李柠檬素含量的变化情况。方法:采用Agilent C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(采用梯度洗脱的方式:0~12min,20%~24%乙腈;12~40min,24%~70%乙腈),流速1.0mL/min,检测波长为337nm。结果:沙苑子苷A及鼠李柠檬素的平均回收率分别为99.61%,98.98%;RSD分别为0.58%,1.28%(n=6)。结论:该方法快速准确,同时测定了沙苑子中沙苑子苷A和鼠李柠檬素的含量,可用于沙苑子的质量控制;并且证明了盐炙沙苑子的炮制方法优于其他炮制方法。AIM: To establish an HPLC method for simultaneously determining complanatoside A and rhamnocitrin in Semen Astragali complanati. and its decoction pieces processed with salt-water,investigate the content change of complanatoside A and rhamnocitrin in Semen Astragali complanati. and its processed products. METHODS: HPLC method was used for assay of complanatoside A and rhamnocitrin. The conditions for HPLC: column with Agilent C18(150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) . Eluting with mixture of acetonitrile-water in radient:( 0-12 min, 20%-24% acetonitrile;12-40 min,24%-70% acetonitrile). The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min. Detection wavelength was set up at 337 nm. RESULTS: The average recoveries of complanatoside A and rhamnocitrin were 99. 61 % and 98. 98% ,RSD were 0. 58% and 1. 28 % ( n = 6),respectively. CONCLUSION: The HPLC method is rapid and accurate and can be used for the quality control of the extract and be full proof that the processing with salt water is superior to other processing methods.
