摘 要:介绍了模态参数识别的新技术Polymax方法,建立了某轿车白车身模态试验系统,详细说明了测试系统组成、试验方案确定原则和测试系统的数据采集及验证方法。利用LMS test.lab中的Polymax方法对采集的数据进行了模态参数识别,依据频响函数综合和模态确认准则验证了白车身试验模态特性,进行了白车身的动态特性评价并提出了改进意见。试验结果表明,测试系统满足精度要求,参数辨识结果有效可靠,可为白车身结构设计的修改提供依据。A new technology of modal parameter identification method called Polymax method is introduced in this paper. The experimental model of body-in-white ( BIW ) of some car is established, and the eomposition of testing system, rule for determining testing program, data acquisition and validation method of testing system are described in detail. The polymax method of software LMS Test. lab is used to carry out modal parameters identification on the collected data. Then the dynamic characteristics of BIW is evaluated based on the FRF synthesis and Modal Assurance Criterion (MAC), and the suggestion for improvement is given. Test results show that the measuring system can meet the requirement for precision, the parameter identification result is effective and reliable, enabling to provide the basis for the improvement of body-in-white structure design.
