摘 要:凸轮机构实现推杆预期运动规律依赖于凸轮轮廓曲线,凸轮机构设计的主要任务是凸轮轮廓曲线的精确设计。在高速精密自动机械中凸轮机构凸轮轮廓曲线异常复杂,给凸轮三维精确建模造成了困难,且精度较低的凸轮轮廓曲线不能满足凸轮后续CAM和CAE的要求。凸轮轮廓曲线的设计原理是根据工作所要求的推杆运动规律,导出凸轮转角与推杆位移之间的关系式,用函数关系式捕捉设计意图。根据关系式计算出凸轮轮廓曲线上各点的坐标值,保证生成凸轮轮廓曲线的精确性。按照该理论,提出了2种应用Pro/E三维造型软件精确设计凸轮轮廓曲线的方法。The cam mechanism relies on the cam profile curve to carry out the prospective law of motion for the push rod, and the main task for cam mechanism design is precise design of the earn profile curve. The cam profile curve of cam mechanism in high speed and precise automatic mechanism is very complex, it brings difficulties for drawing 3D precise modeling. In addition, the cam profile curve with much lower accuracy can not meet the requirements in the subsequent CAE and CAM. The design principle of cam profile curve is to determine the relationship between the rotation angle of the cam and the displacement of the push rod according to the motion rule of the push rod required in operation, and using function relationship to capture the design intention. The coordinate values at various points on the cam profile curve would be calculated based on the relation, assuring the accuracy of the generated cam profile curve. Based on this theory, two kinds of methods for applying with Pro/E software to precisely design the cam profile curves are put forward.
