摘 要:为研究织物沿经纬向悬垂性能的不同,自制了基于图像法测试织物不同方向悬垂性能的装置。将织物放置在载布台上,利用数码相机摄取织物自然悬垂状态的正面及经纬侧面悬垂图像,通过AutoCAD软件对图像进行处理和数据分析,获得悬垂系数、织物经纬向悬垂状态最大长度比及经纬向面积比3个指标评价织物悬垂性能。测试30块试样,提出一种不同方向织物悬垂性能综合评价的新方法。并在相同条件下,利用YG811织物悬垂性测定仪对相同面料进行测试。对比分析结果表明,其中24块织物测试结果误差不大于5%,说明用新方法和评价指标测试的结果是可信的。This topic designed a new test system based on computer image processing technology for evaluating the different draping properties of fabric along warpwise and weftwise directions.The fabric was placed on a platform and the warpwise and weftwise draping images of the fabric on the face side were taken with a digital camera.All images were processed with AutoCAD software,and three indexs,i.e.,fabric drape coefficient,the maximum length ratio and area ratio of the fabric along warpwise and weftwise directions under draping state were obtained.30 fabric samples were tested and a comprehensive evaluation method for fabric anistropic draping properties was proposed.Under the same conditions,these samples were also tested with YG811 fabric drapability tester,and the results demonstrated that among them,the errors of 24 samples is less than 5%.This indicates that the testing results of this new system and evaluation method are credible.
