摘　　要：为解决基于单片机的电子提花机所面临的问题,研究了基于工控机的嵌入式提花机控制系统,设计开发了接口板、驱动主板、提花机选纬板、电磁阀驱动小板。提花数据流向为工控机—接口板—驱动主板—电磁阀驱动小板,从而控制经线的上下,完成提花控制。采用先进的嵌入式EVC开发软件。重点介绍了该系统的安全保护、调试功能、可扩展性、节省电力等特点。该系统可应用在1344、2688、3072、6144等电子提花机上,是一款适合国内企业使用的电子提花机控制器。In order to solve the problems confronted in designing the jacquard MCU based controller,a new embedded control system is presented.The author designs interface board,driving main board,weft selecting board,and solenoid valve driving small board.The jacquard data transfers from IPC（industrial personal computer） to interface board,driving main board,weft selecting board,solenoid valve driving small board and controls the warp thread up and down.Therefore,the jacquard control is realized.The software was designed based on advanced EVC.This paper put emphasis on password-protector,highpower debugging,high extensibility,energy saving and etc.This control system can be applied in 1344,2688,3072,6144 electric jacquard machines,and it is an electronic jacquard control system suitable for domestic enterprises.
