摘　　要：烧结智能闭环控制系统包括质量智能闭环控制子系统、烧结过程智能控制子系统和生产信息管理子系统三部分,具有18个不同的控制子功能,采用线性规划、最小二乘法等数学方法及人工智能方法对从配料到成品的整个烧结工艺进行控制,实现了烧结矿成分的智能闭环控制、一键式的烧结生产以及烧结生产过程中指标参数的自动统计和分析。该系统应用以来,经济效益和环境效益十分显著,实现了烧结生产的整体智能闭环控制,经中国金属学会组织的科技成果鉴定,达到了国际领先水平。The intelligent closes-loop control system for JingTang 550m^2 sinter machine consists of intelligent closed-loop control subsystem of quality, intelligent closed-loop control subsystem of sintering process and production information management subsystem. The system has 18 different control functions and controls the whole sintering process from proportioning to product with mathematical methods （like linear programming and least square method） and artificial intelligence method, the intelligent closed-loop control for sinter composition, the one key type sintering production and automatic statistics and analysis of indexes and parameters for production process were realized. The economic and environmental benefits are considerable and the integral intelligent closed-loop control of sintering process has been realized since the system is used. The system is thought to have reached the international leading level through scientific and technological achievement appraisal of the Chinese Society for Metals.
