摘  要:在分析包钢烧结工序能耗结构的基础上,针对烧结固体燃料消耗偏高的问题,采取了多项节能措施:①改善燃料粒度组成,提高燃料粒度合格率;②提高烧结料层厚度;③降低烧结矿FeO含量;④提高烧结矿碱度合格率及稳定率。这些措施取得了良好的节能效果。与2006年相比,2008年包钢烧结固体燃料消耗减少了10.5%,烧结工序能耗降低了约9%。Based on analyzing energy consumption structure of sintering process in Baosteel, the energy saving measures were taken to reduce the relative higher solid fuel consumption, such as (1) improving the particle size composition and qualification rate of fuel; (2) increasing the sintering bed depth; (3) reducing the FeO content in sinter and (4) improving the qualification rate and stabilization of the sinter basicity, good energy saving effect were obtained. Compared with consumption in 2006, the sintering solid fuel consumption was reduced by 10.5 % and the sintering process energy consumption was reduced by about 9% in 2008.
