摘  要:通过在镍基合金中添加MoS2固体自润滑相,利用激光熔覆技术在20CrMo钢基材表面制备MoS2/Ni基复合涂层,获得与基体冶金结合且无气孔、裂纹等缺陷的熔覆层。使用光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)对激光熔覆层组织、成分进行表征,用MMG-10型高温高速摩擦磨损试验机对MoS2/Ni基涂层的摩擦性能进行测试。研究结果表明,在试验温度20~800℃范围内,复合自润滑涂层的摩擦系数比Ni基合金涂层显著降低,随MoS2含量增加,摩擦系数呈降低趋势;在MoS2同含量的复合材料中,其摩擦系数随试验温度升高呈先降后升的趋势,含8%MoS2复合自润滑涂层的摩擦系数,在600℃时达到最小值0.2。Ni-based alloy coating with the additions of MoS2 solid lubricants was successfully prepared on 20CrMo steel substrate by laser cladding.The coating was free of cracks and pores,and had metallurgical bonding with the substrate.The effects of solid lubricants on the microstructure and mechanical properties of composite coating were studied.The morphology of laser cladding layer was observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope(SEM),composition analysis was applied by EDS.Elevated temperature frictional behaviors of MoS2/Ni composites were investigated by MMG-10 wear machine.The results show that addition of MoS2 can decrease the friction coefficient remarkably at the temperature of 20-800 ℃ and with the increase of MoS2 from 0 to 8%,the friction coefficient of coating decreases gradually,besides,the friction coefficient of coating which has the same MoS2 content decreases at first and then increases with the increase of temperature,and that with 8wt% MoS2 can reach the minimum 0.2 at 600 ℃.
