摘  要:目的:建立锦灯笼药材的质量标准。方法:采用薄层鉴别,以硅胶HSG为薄层板,氯仿-丙酮-甲醇(25∶1∶1)为展开剂,薄层色谱在紫外光灯(365 nm)下检识,酸浆苦味素L荧光斑点清晰,分离效果理想。高效液相色谱方法采用VenusilXBP C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.2%磷酸(20∶80)为流动相,检测波长350 nm,流速1 mL.min-1对锦灯笼中的木犀草苷含量进行测定。结果:木犀草苷含量在0.50~249.40 mg.L-1呈良好的线性关系Y=55 313X+3.164 1,r=1.000。平均回收率分别98.79%,RSD 1.1%,日内和日间精密度RSD均分别小于2%。结论:建立的定性和定量方法可用于锦灯笼药材的质量控制。Objective: To develop identification and assay methods of Franchet groundcherry.Method: TLC method was used to identify of physalin L in the sample using high performance silica gel G plate and a mixture of chloroform-acetone-methanol(25∶1∶1) as a developing solvent.In the chromatogram,physalin L showed a distinct fluorescence spot under UV 365 nm with good separation.In the HPLC method,luteoloside was separated on a Venusil XBP C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column with acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid(20∶80) as the mobile phase with flow rate of 1 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 350 nm.Result: For the HPLC quantitation method,the calibration curve of luteoloside displayed ideal linearity over the range of 0.50-249.40 mg·L-1 with the regression equation of Y=55 313X+3.164 1(r=1.000).The average recovery of luteoloside was 98.79%with a RSD of 1.1%.And the intra-day and inter-day precisions were less than 2%.Conclusion: The TLC identification and HPLC determination were sensitive,reliable and repeatable and can be applied for the quality evaluation and assessment of Franchet Groundcherry Calyx.
