摘　　要：2000年春在保山市隆阳区丙麻乡稳邑村发现"永垂不朽执照碑",记述了杜文秀起义失败后,杜家在保山的部分田产处理情况。碑文中记载了大量杜家在保山田产几经易手的事情。本文依据历史文献资料,对该碑进行了全面的考辨。In the spring of 2000, ＂Eternal license monument＂ was found in Wenyi village of Bingma town of Long Yang District in Baoshan, which recorded the Situation of Du＇s land in Baoshan after the failed uprising of Du Wenxiu. The inscriptions on the monument are about lots of things that Du＇s land in Baoshan changed the owners several times. This article made a complete research on the monument based on historical documents.
