摘 要:热网加热器是热力系统供热机组的重要组成部分。热电联产系统中,热网加热器不但是冷热流的换热设备,还是供热流的冷源设备,其参数的合理匹配,对能源的梯级利用起到决定性作用。该文将热用户、热网和供热机组看作一个整体系统,根据传热学等理论,通过迭代计算的方法,准确计算出热网加热器的传热系数,分析整个热电联产系统各部分参数的相互影响,得到全工况下热网加热器的特性和在不同的室外温度下,供热机合理的抽汽参数。最终实现能量的合理匹配,提高能源利用率。Thermal-system heater is an important part of heat-offering units in the thermal system. In the combined and heat power (CHP) system, the thermal-system heater is the heat exchanger of cool flow and heat flow as well as the cold source equipment of heat-offering flow. The hierarchical utilization of energy is determined by the reasonable matching of the thermal-system heater parameters. The heat users, thermal system and heat-offering units were taken as a whole, heat transfer coefficient of thermal-system heater could be worked out accurately in the theories of heat transfer by iterative calculation. Then the characters of thermal-system heater under the full working-conditions and the reasonable extraction parameters of heat-offering units under the different outdoor temperatures were obtained by analyzing the interactive influence of some parameters of various parts in the whole CHP system. The reasonable allocation of energy was realized and the energy utilization efficiency is improved finally.
