摘  要:P91钢广泛应用于我国电厂锅炉与管道中,其蠕变损伤性能的研究对预测电厂寿命具有一定的理论和工程意义。基于P91钢546℃下的蠕变试验,采用双参数法对Kachanov-Rabotnov(K-R)蠕变损伤本构方程的参数进行拟合。开发了有限元软件的用户子程序,对蠕变试样进行有限元分析,有限元分析结果与试验值进行了比较。结果表明,通过有限元分析获得的损伤量与断裂时间试验结果吻合较好,说明该研究结果可以为P91钢的蠕变损伤分析和寿命预测提供理论基础。P91 steel was used widely in the boiler and piplines of power plant. The study of P91 steel creep damage performance had great theory and engineering significance for life prediction of power plant. Based on the creep test of P91 steel at 546 ℃, the parameters of creep damage constitutive equations of Kachanov-Rabotnov (K-R) were obtained by two parameter material model. With the user subroutine of finite element (FE) software, the creep damage of the tensile specimens was analyzed by ABAQUS, and the results of FE and test were compared. The research results show that the FE results of rupture time and damage is in accordance with test results. Therefore, the theoretical base was provided by the research results for creep damage analysis and life prediction of P91 steel.
