摘　　要：随着汛期的到来,城市暴雨内涝引起了社会各界的极度关注,为此分析了问题的成因,并提出了切实可行的对策措施。对如何解决城市内涝问题给予了政策引导,指出要转变传统排水理念,高度重视城市雨水设施的建设,各级政府要逐步加大该方面的资金投入,力争从根本上解决城市内涝问题。With the arrival of flood period, the urban storm waterlogging attracts more and more widespread attention from different areas. Therefore, the origin of this problem is analyzed, and the practicable solutions are put forward. The superior policy guide on how to solve the urban storm waterlogging is given. It is pointed out that the traditional drainage concept needs to be changed should be paid to the construction of urban stormwater facilities, and the investment be gradually increased in order to control urban waterlogging entirely.
