摘 要:雨洪控制是减轻城市防洪压力、缓解水资源短缺、改善水环境质量的重要措施。数字排水(DigitalWaterDS)平台将地理信息系统和专业模型相结合,可综合气象、水文、土地利用等因素进行雨洪控制方案的设计与评估,提高城市雨洪控制的科学化和系统化水平。运用数字排水平台,模拟分析了某试验小区采用透水砖铺装、绿色屋顶和滞留塘等雨洪控制措施对排水系统的影响。结果表明,采用综合控制方案后溢流现象得到明显改善,系统总径流量和总COD负荷分别削减24.27%和16.21%。Stormwater management is an important approach to relieve the pressure of urban flood control, to ease water resource shortage and to improve water environment quality. The DigitalWater Drainage System ( DigitalWater DS) , which combines the geographic information system (GIS) and the stormwater management model ( SWMM ) , can be used for design and evaluation of urban stormwater management project. Because of the comprehensive consideration of weather, hydrology and land use, DigitalWater DS can provide more scientific and systematic support for stormwater management than conventional methods. The simulation analysis in a certain testing area was performed by DigitalWater DS with and without best management practices, such as porous pavements, green roof and detention pond. The results reveal that the overflow is effectively controlled by taking these stormwater management measures, and the total runoff and the total COD loading are decreased by 24.27% and 16.21% respectively.
