摘　　要：简要介绍了智能化节电设备的工作原理,列举了智能化节电设备在河南济源钢铁集团有限责任公司的冲渣水泵上的应用与效果。理论和实际应用表明,智能化节电设备集变频调速、谐波治理、动态跟踪、网络监控于一身,充分挖掘了变频器的节电潜力,实现了最大限度的节能。The working principle of intelligent electricity-saving equipment was introduced, and the application and effect of the intelligent electricity-saving equipment in the slag-flushing pump of Henan Jiyuan Iron and Steel Group Co. Ltd. were cited. The theoretical and practical applications show that the intelligent electricity-saving equipment combines frequency control, harmonic control, dynamic tracking and network monitoring. The electricity-saving potential of the converter is dug out thoroughly to achieve the maximum energy saving.
