摘 要:在供水企业中,电耗占总能耗的比重最大。其中水泵电耗占水厂制水成本的30%~50%,因此降低水泵电耗是每个供水企业节能降耗的关键。结合供水企业自身水泵配置情况,做好运行水泵的能耗情况分析,是泵站节能工作的基础。通过实例初步探讨如何分析水泵的运行效率,合理选择改造方案,以达到水泵节能降耗的目的。The proportion of electrical energy consumed by water supply enterprise is the highest in total energy consumption. The pump power consumption accounts for 30% to 50% of water production cost. Therefore, reducing pump power consumption is the key to energy saving and consumption reduction for each water supply enterprise. Combined with the pump configuration of water supply enterprise, accurate analysis on energy consumption of pumps is the basis of saving energy in pump stations. Through an example, a preliminary discussion is made on how to analyze the operation efficiency of pumps and to reasonably select the reconstruction scheme to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.
