摘　　要：湖南衡阳钢管（集团）有限公司的Φ108mm Assel轧管机组为国产第1套三辊轧管机组,为扩大机组生产规模,提升组距,提高产品质量,降本增效,该公司将该机组改造为Φ219mm机组。详细介绍了改造后的Φ219mm Assel轧管机组的工艺流程和热轧区主要设备特性、工艺性能参数、技术改造特点及存在的不足。The Φ108 mm Assel mill located at Hunan Hengyang Steel Tube（Group） Co.,Ltd.is the first China-made 3-roll pipe-rolling mill.The company has modified the mill into a Φ219 mm one for the purposes of expanding the capacity,increasing the class width,improving product quality,and enhancing cost effectiveness.Elaborated in the paper are the main aspects of the said Φ219 mm Assel mill resulting from the modification,including the manufacturing process flow,characteristics of the equipment and technological performance parameters of the hot-rolling section,technical modification features and the shortcomings as still existing at present.
