摘　　要：为满足抗硫油井管、抗硫管线管及抗硫压力容器用钢的生产试验需要,宝山钢铁股份有限公司建设了一套完整的H2S腐蚀检测设施,包括SSCC实验室、HIC实验室、试验准备室、控制室及废气处理系统等。通过自主设计集成,解决了废气处理系统、应力环集控系统、恒温腐蚀槽、空调等的设计难题,打通了抗硫油井管的生产＂瓶颈＂,提高了抗硫油井管的产能。A complete H2S corrosion testing facility has been set up by Baoshan Iron and Steel Co..,Ltd.to meet the need for mill testing activities concerning the steels for SSC OCTG,SSC linepipe and pressure vessel service,consisting such units as the SSCC lab,the HIC lab,the testing preparation room,the control room and the waste gas processing system,etc.Thanks to the independently-developed design integrity,big difficulties associated with such issues as the waste gas processing system,the stress ring centralized control,the constant temperature corrosion bath and air conditioning system,etc.are all solved,resulting in having the ＂bottle neck＂ of the SSC OCTG production eliminated,and the production capacity of SSC OCTG increased.
