摘 要:以初重(86.86±3.66)g西伯利亚鲟(Acipenser baerii Brandt)为对象,研究小肽替代鱼粉对西伯利亚鲟生长性能、体成分和血清生化指标的影响。西伯利亚鲟在室内循环水养殖系统中饲养,试验设4个处理组,小肽替代鱼粉的水平分别为0%(G1)、25.0%(G2)、50.0%(G3)、75.0%(G4),养殖周期56 d。试验期间水温(20±1)℃,溶氧〉8.0 mg/L。试验结果表明,饲料中小肽替代鱼粉对西伯利亚鲟增重率、特定生长率、饵料系数等无显著影响(P〉0.05);对鱼体初水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗灰分含量无显著影响(P〉0.05);对血清总蛋白、球蛋白、血糖、碱性磷酸酶、补体C3、补体C4、谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶等无显著影响(P〉0.05)。结论,饲料中用小肽替代25.0%~75.0%鱼粉后对西伯利亚鲟生长性能、体组成和血清生化指标均无显著影响(P〉0.05)。Acipenser baerii Brandt with initial body weight(86.86±3.66) g were used to conduct a 56 d growth experiment for studying the effects of replacing fish meal with small peptides on growth performance,body composition and serum indices.Fish were raised in a circulation system.Four isonitrogenous and isocaloric diets were designed to replace 0%(control,G1),25.0%(G2),50.0%(G3),75.0%(G4)fish meal with small peptides respectively.During the experiment,the water temperature fluctuated from 19.0 ℃ to 21.0 ℃ and the dissolved oxygen was above 8.0 mg/L.Results:The weight gain rate,specific growth rate and feed conversion ratio of the sturgeon are not different among the groups(P0.05);body composition is not affected significantly(P0.05)compared with the control;serum total protein,globulin,blood glucose,alkaline phosphatase,complement C3,C4,glutamic pyruvic transaminase,and glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase are not different among the groups.In conclusion,the growth performances,body composition and serum indices of sturgeon are not affected by replacing fish meal with small peptides.
