摘 要:在实验室条件下系统地测定了柑桔潜叶蛾的耐寒力和幼虫对嫩叶含水量的敏感性。结果表明,1~2龄幼虫对低温最敏感,其次是卵;蛹耐寒力最强,其次是3~4龄幼虫。当温度≤15℃时,1~2龄幼虫的死亡率随着温度的降低和低温持续时间的延长而增加;当温度≤10℃时,温度越低,持续时间越长,3~4龄幼虫和蛹的死亡率越高,卵的孵化率越低。嫩叶含水量对幼虫死亡率无显著影响。冬季低温是限制柑桔潜叶蛾分布和决定越冬虫口基数的关键因子。Under laboratory conditions, the coldhardiness and sensitivity to water content in tender citrus leaves of citrus leaf-miner Phyllocnistis citrelLa Stainton were systematically investigated. The results showed that the coldhardiness order of different stages was pupa> 3rd -4th instar larvae>-egg>1st -2nd instar larvae. As the temperature was<15C, the mortality of 1st - 2nd instar larvae increased with the decreased temperature and prolonged duration of low temperature; while the temperature was <10 C, the mortalities of 3rd - 4th instar larvae and pupae increased and the hatching rate of egg decreased with the decreased temperature and prolonged duration of low temperature. Nevertheless, there was no significant effect of water content in tender leaf on the mortality of larvae. Consequently, the low winter temperature is the key factor confining the distribution and overwintering population base of this insect pest.
