摘 要:试验运用PCR-RFLP技术对济宁青山羊GH基因的多态性进行了检测,并分析了其与生产性能的相关性。结果发现,济宁青山羊群体中GH基因存在HaeⅢ内切酶酶切位点多态性,经χ2适合性检验结果表明,山羊群体在GH基因位点上处于Hardy-Weinberg非平衡状态。AA基因型对3、12月龄体高及出生重、断奶重、胴体重、后躯肉重均有显著影响(P<0.05),且基本上呈AA>AB>BB型趋势,说明等位基因A是济宁青山羊生长发育的有利基因。The polymorphism of growth hormone (GH) gene was detected by PCR-RFLP method, and association analysis with performance trait of Jining goat were performed. The results showed that the endonuclease Hae Ⅲ polymorphism was found in GH gene in Jining goat population, and it was in non-Hardy-weinberg equilibrium using the χ2 test. AA genotype had a significant effect on body heigh at 3 and 12 months old, birth weigh, weaning weight, carcass weight, meat hindquarters weight (P0.05), and AAABBB. In conclusion, the allele A was a benefical gene on the growth and debelopment in Jining goat population.
