‘苹果梨’花芽分化期叶片激素及核酸含量变化

摘　　要：在‘苹果梨’花芽分化期观察的基础上，对花芽分化期叶片中内源激素Ｚ（玉米素）、ＺＲ（玉米素核苷）、ＩＡＡ（吲哚乙酸）、ＧＡ３（赤霉素）、ＡＢＡ（脱落酸）含量和ＤＮＡ、ＲＮＡ含量变化进行了研究。结果表明，花芽分化期需要有高水平的Ｚ、ＺＲ，低水平的ＩＡＡ和高水平的Ｚ／ＧＡ３、ＺＲ／ＧＡ３、Ｚ／ＩＡＡ、ＺＲ／ＩＡＡ、Ｚ／ＡＢＡ比值，相应有高水平的ＤＮＡ、ＲＮＡ及ＲＮＡ／ＤＮＡ比值。ＡＢＡ、ＧＡ３在不同时期变化不一。In this paper on the basic of studying Pyrus pyrifolia nakai cv.Pingguoli bud differentiation stage,the Z、ZR、IAA and ABA content was studied and the changes of DNA and RNA was studied as wey.The results showed that fruit bud differentiation needs the high Z、ZR content and low IAA content,meanwhile the high ratio of Z to GA 3、IAA and ABA and ZR to GA 3 and IAAwere required.In addition the DNA and RNA content and the ratio of RNA to DNA were high too during the fruit bud differentiation.The ABA and GA 3 content was different in the fruit bud differen tiation stage.
