黄瓜抗黑星病品种表皮结构和若干酶系活性的研究

摘  要:初步明确,黄瓜品种对黑星病菌具有结构抗病性,果实的抗病性与其表皮的厚度有关。通过对抗、感品种接种后致病酶系及抗病酶系变化的研究,初步明确了这两种酶系在抗病中的作用,抗、感品种染病后均表现为酶活性增加,抗病品种中抗病酶系(SOD)活性增加快,且高于感病品种,而致病酶系(PMG、Cx)活性增加则相反。This study primarily indicated that cucumber cultivars had structure resistance to Cladosporium cucumbe rinum ,there were significant positive relevance between the fruit resistance and the density of the fruit surface and the thickness of epidermis.Moreover,the changes of resistant and pathogenic enzymes were studied after inoculation,and the results demonstrated that the activities of the enzymes increased both in resistant and susceptible cultivars after infection,the activities of the resistant enzymes(SOD)were rapidly increased in resistant cultivars and higher than those in susceptible cultivars,while,the increasing of pathogenic enzymes(PMG,Cx)were contrary to that of resistant enzymes.
