摘  要:采用延迟授粉和胚胎学显微观察的方法,研究了黑麦和六倍体小黑麦花粉诱导小麦孤雌生殖的假受精特性。结果表明:①用六倍体小黑麦花粉授粉,精子进入胚囊的频率高于黑麦花粉;②受粉后2h,一个精核已进入卵细胞质中,极少数精核能够刺激卵细胞单性分裂形成胚;③极核正常受精后形成胚乳。The study on pseudogamy property of wheat parthenogenesis is conducted by means of delaying pollination and observing embryo sac with microscope.The results indicate that: the frequency of sperms with hexaploid triticales entering wheat embryo sac is higher than that of ryes; two hours after pollination,one sperm enters egg cell cytoplasm and egg cell parthenedivision can be stimulated by few sperms; and one sperm can be fused with polar neclei to form endosperm.
