油漆作业场所环境污染对作业人员免疫功能损害的研究

摘　　要：目的了解居室装修装饰油漆工序室内环境污染状况,研究油漆作业环境对人体免疫功能的损害。方法对正在进行室内装修的42户居民进行室内空气质量监测,同时检测76名油漆作业工人和49名非油漆作业工人血清IgG、IgA、lgM和补体C3、C4含量。数据处理:两组均值的比较采用t检验;率(构成比)的比较采用2χ检验。结果油漆作业环境中甲醛、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、超标率分别为87.6%、72.0%、38.6%、18.2%;油漆作业工人血清IgG、IgA、lgM和补体C3、C4均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论装修装饰油漆作业场所污染较为严重,空气质量较差,对作业人群的免疫功能产生一定影响。Objective To study the curcent situation of decoration environment on painters＇ immune function by monitoring air quality in the environment. Methods 42 houses being decorated in Jiaxiang from March to November, 2009 were selected as random samples to measure the air quality in decorating places. Simultaneously ,76 painters who worked in decoration environment and 49 non - painter workers were selected as the observing group and the control group. The blood serum level of IgG, IgA, IgM, C3 and C4 of these workers were detected. At the same time, the air quality of the workplaces were also measured. Results The exceeded rates of formaldehyde, benzene, methylbenzene, dimethylbenzene in workplaces were 87. 6% ,72. 0% ,38.6% and 18.2% ,respectively. IgG,IgA,IgM,C3 and C4 levels in serum of the observing workers were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The decorated workplaces are seriously polluted and the air quality is poor. The painters＇ immune function could be caused damage.
