摘 要:目的对某煤矿职业病危害因素的危害程度和防护措施效果进行评价,并提出合理可行的职业病防护对策。方法依据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》《建设项目职业病危害评价技术导则》等国家相关法律、法规,在现场调查的基础上,将检查表法与检验法相结合,对该项目进行防护措施的效果评价。结果该建设项目的选址、总平面布局、职业病防护设施设计、卫生辅助用室设置等符合国家有关规定;生产过程中可能产生的主要职业病危害因素为粉尘(煤尘)、噪声、有毒物质(甲烷、硫化氢、一氧化碳等)、不良的气象条件(潮湿)。经现场测试,粉尘合格率为80.0%,噪声合格率为86.0%,有毒物质合格率均为100%。结论该项目采取的职业病危害防护措施和生产管理措施基本可行。Objective To evaluate the control effect of the occupational hazard degree and protective measures,and propose feasible occupational disease prevention strategies. Methods Based on the relevant laws and regulations, the methods of field investigation, checklist and detection were conducted to evaluate the protection measures for occupational hazards. Results The items of selection sites, general layout, occupational disease prevention facilities design, sanitary auxiliary rooms were in line with national standards; main occupational hazards during the production process were dust (coal dust), noise, toxic substances (methane , hydrogen fluoride and carbon monoxide) and adverse weather conditions (moisture). Qualified rates of dust, noise and toxic substances were 80. 0% , 86. 0% and 100% , respectively. Conclusion Protection and management measures are feasible for occupational hazards in the project.
