摘 要:目的评价某体温计厂汞作业技改项目防汞设施效果,为卫生行政部门审批建设项目提供依据。方法依据GBZ 1-2002《工业企业设计卫生标准》、GBZ 159-2004《工作场所空气中有害物质监测的采样规范》,采用现场调查、现场检测、检查表、定量分级等方法对技改项目进行评价。结果该项目生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素为汞。经检测,技改后重汞作业区和轻汞作业区汞浓度分别为(0.045±0.033)mg/m3和(0.012±0.014)mg/m3,与技改前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。该技改项目的总体布置、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施、个人使用的防护用品、职业卫生管理、辅助用室等基本符合国家有关法规。结论该项目的防汞措施基本有效、可行。Objective To evaluate preventive effect of hydrargyrum operation technical modification project of thermometer enterprise. Methods According to Hygienic Standards for Design of Industrial Enterprises ( GBZ 1 - 2002 ) and Sampling Standard of Monitoring hazardous Substance in the Air of Occupational Working Place( GBZ 159 - 2004), the technical modification project was evaluated by the way of field investigation and detection, checklist, quantitative classification. Results After the technical modification, the concentrations of hydrargyrum in the workshops of high and light hydrargyrums were (0. 045 ±0. 033) mg/m^3 and(0. 012 ±0. 014) mg/m^3, which significantly decreased (P 〈0. 01 ) by contrast of before technical modificaiton by statistics analysis. The items of general layout, production process layout, occupational safe guard institution, personal protection articles , the management of occupational health and auxiliary rooms basically met the national standards. Conclusion The possible existed occupational hazards in operation process can be prevented, and the protective measures is feasible.
