摘　　要：目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生的规律及特点。方法:对我院2006-2009年各科室上报的ADR报告中随机抽取222份进行归类、分析。结果:ADR的男女比例为1.37∶1,高发年龄段在21～40岁之间(46.84%);由抗微生物药所引起的ADR最为常见,共127例(占52.70%);主要临床表现为皮肤及其附件损害(42.09%)、神经系统损害(21.94%)、消化系统损害(15.11%)等。结论:应加强ADR监测及相关知识宣传的力度,以促进临床合理用药。OBJECTIVE：To probe into the characteristics and regularities of the adverse drug reactions （ADRs） occurred in our hospital.METHODS：222 ADR cases reported by clinical departments from 2006 to 2009 were classified and analyzed.RESULTS：The ADRs occurred with male to female ratio of 1.37∶ 1,and patients aged from 21 to 40 years accounted for 46.84% ; 127 （52.70% ） were induced by antibiotics.The ADR manifested mainly as lesions of skin and its appendents （42.09% ）,followed by damages of nervous system （ 21.94% ） and digestive system （15.11% ） etc.CONCLUSION：It is urgent to intensify ADR monitoring the publicizing of ADR-related knowledge so as to promote clinical rational drug use.
