IM患儿T淋巴细胞亚群及红细胞免疫功能的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨传染性单核细胞增多症患者(IM)机体T淋巴细胞亚群及红细胞免疫功能与病变的关系。方法在不同时相点(IM发病期,恢复期)用流式细胞仪检测患者外周血T淋巴细胞CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,用免疫黏附法检测红细胞免疫黏附功能。结果与正常对照相比较,发病期患者CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,红细胞免疫黏附功能明显异常降低,CD8+明显增高(P<0.01)。恢复期患者趋于正常。结论外周血T淋巴细胞亚群细胞及红细胞免疫黏附功能是IM患者免疫状态,评估预后的重要指标。Objective To investigate the cellular immune function of T-Lymphocyte subgroup and erythrocyte in patient with infectious mononucleosis（IM）.Methods The peripheral blood CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋,CD4＋/CD8＋ were measured by flow cytometry at different time point of attack and restoration stage;and the erythrocyte immune function were measured by immune adhesion.Results The peripheral blood CD3＋,CD4＋,CD8＋,CD4＋/CD8＋ and erythrocyte immune adhesion function decreased,but CD8＋ increased in the treatment group as compared with the control group.The above index approximated to normal value as the status was improved.Conclusion The levels of T-Lymphocyte subgroup and erythrocyte immune function may be regarded as an index that reflects the state of immunity and prognosis of patients with IM.
