摘　　要：从滩羊的种质特性、滩羊二毛皮形成期的胚胎发育和生态环境因素、绵羊毛囊发育及相关基因研究方面进行了综述,滩羊二毛皮特性是在滩羊生长发育的特殊时期(出生到30d左右)表现的性状,在滩羊的胚胎期已被奠定,其形成可能与胚胎期的毛囊与毛纤维发育相关基因的表达及其调控有关。The paper reviews germplasm characteristics,embryonic development and ecological factors during the formation of lamb skin of Tan sheep,follicle development and related genes.The lamb skin is a special trait that is expressed in the special period of growth and development （from birth to 30 days old）.And it has been determined in embryonic development period.Its formation may be related to expression and regulation of hair follicle and hair fiber development-related genes.
