烯效唑对罂粟抗氧化酶活性及可溶性糖含量的影响研究

摘　　要：以罂粟为材料,研究不同浓度烯效唑对罂粟抗氧化酶以及可溶性糖含量的影响。结果表明:高浓度烯效唑处理对抗氧化酶各项指标的影响显著地高于低浓度处理;烯效唑处理后罂粟的可溶性糖含量随处理时间延长和处理浓度的升高而增加。Taking opium poppy as material,effect of the different density of aniconazole on opium poppy antioxidant enzyme system and soluble sugar content were studied. The results indicated that high concentration uniconazole had significant influence on antioxidant enzyme indexes than those of low concentration. The content of soluble sugar which deal with low concentration of uniconazole increased as the time and concentration kept up under the treatment.
