黑鲷血清生化指标研究

摘　　要：对黑鲷血液的血清总蛋白、白蛋白含量及血清中谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶、胆碱酯酶、乳酸脱氢酶活力进行测定,结果表明:黑鲷血液血清中总蛋白含量为(61.54±2.81)g/L,白蛋白含量为(31.95±4.47)g/L,血清谷草转氨酶活力为(86.00±10.98)U/L,谷丙转氨酶活力为(42.68±5.65)U/L,酸性磷酸酶活力为(2.73±0.96)U/L,碱性磷酸酶活力为(42.38±5.31)U/L,胆碱酯酶活力为(149.38±16.31)U/L,乳酸脱氢酶活力为(196.89±15.12)U/L。The content of total protein（TP） and albumin（Alb） of sparus inacrocephalus serum were mensuated,and its glutamic-oxalacetic transaminse（GOT） ,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase（GPT） ,acid phosphatase（ACP） ,alkaline phosphatase（ALP） ,cholinesterase（CHE） ,lactate dehydrogenase（LDH） were determined. The results showed that the content of TP and Alb in sparus inacrocephalus blood serum were（61.54±2.81） g/L and（31.95±4.47） g/L respectively. The activity of GOT,GPT,ACP,ALP,CHE and LDH were（86.00±10.98） U/L,（42.68±5.65） U/L,（2.73±0.96） U/L,（42.38±5.31） U/L,（149.38±16.31） U/L and（196.89±15.12） U/L respectively.
