摘　　要：以聚合物多元醇、二异氰酸酯（ＭＤＩ）和扩链剂为原料，采用双螺杆反应挤出机进行了工业化生产热塑性聚氨酯弹性体（ＴＰＵ）的研究．该项成果简化了工艺流程，提高了生产效率．产品性能达到德国、美国和日本同类产品标准．根据实验结果。Manufacture of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) by twinscrew successive reactive extrusion technique using polymer polyoils (PTMG), diisocyanate (MDI) and chain extender as raw material was carried out in 500 t/a scale. The achievment simplies working process and increases productivity. The performance of obtained product comes up to the standards of similar products made in Germany, U.S.A and Japan. On the basis of experiments, the factors in technical process were also discussed.\=
