摘  要:针对铝合金材料提出一种新型活性TIG焊,即分区活性TIG(FZ-TIG)焊,可同时保证焊缝熔深显著增加和焊缝成形良好。利用氦气保护钨极电弧焊观察电弧行为变化,通过分析电弧电压随弧长的变化规律研究活性剂影响电弧的方式,采用焊缝偏移试验分析活性剂对导电通道电阻的影响,进行焊缝表面焊渣X射线衍射分析和热力学计算,分析活性剂与表面氧化膜或熔池金属之间可能的化学反应。通过以上试验研究铝合金交流FZ-TIG焊中活性剂增加熔深的机理,得出活性剂强烈收缩电弧弧根和弧柱是SiO2+FZ108活性剂增加铝合金交流FZ-TIG焊熔深的主要机理。For aluminum alloys,a new type activating TIG welding called flux zoned TIG(FZ-TIG)welding is proposed,it simultaneously increases weld penetration dramatically and improves weld surface forming.A series of experiments are carried out to study the mechanism of activating fluxes increasing weld penetration of AC FZ-TIG welding for aluminum alloys.TIG welding with helium shielding gas is used to observe the change of arc behavior.The change of welding voltage with arc length is studied to find the pattern of activating fluxes influencing arc.The weld deviation experiment is carried out to analyze the effects of activating fluxes on current channel resistance.The potential chemical reactions between the activating fluxes and the weld surface oxide film or the welding pool metal are studied by X-ray diffraction analysis of weld surface slag and thermodynamic calculation.It is believed that the fluxes including outer region flux SiO2,central region insulating flux FZ108 simultaneously constricting arc root and arc column dramatically are the main mechanism of fluxes increasing weld penetration of AC FZ-TIG welding for aluminum alloys.
