摘  要:作为石墨坩埚模具熔铸隔离涂层,火焰喷涂CaZrO3涂层在应用上存在缺陷,采用等离子喷涂方法在石墨坩埚模具表面制备均匀纳米ZrO2隔离涂层,涂层抗热震性能良好。熔炼考核后涂层光洁,未受浸蚀,涂层与基体结合良好,无龟裂、剥离。As the smelting and foundry segregating coating for the graphite crucible mould,the defects for the CaZrO3 coating were in existence during application.The even segregated nano-ZrO2 coating on the graphite crucible and mould surface was fabricated by plasma spraying,the coating has favourable thermal shocking resistance,after smelting trial,the coating is glabrous and not eroded.The coating has well bonding with the graphite substrate,without rupture and peeling.
