摘 要:对45钢表面进行渗铝及退火处理,借助金相显微镜、能谱分析和硬度测量研究其性能变化,发现表面渗铝层退火处理前为径向生长的等轴晶,与基体有清晰分界;退火后,Fe原子扩散进入渗层,Al原子也向基体扩散,形成新的合金扩散层。退火前渗铝层硬度大于基体,退火后渗层硬度下降。Property change of aluminizing coating on 45 steel before and after annealing was investigated by metallurgical microscope,EDS and hardness measurer.The results indicate that the aluminizing coating is the equiaxed crystal of radial direction,which has the clear boundary line with matrix before annealing treatment.There is new alloy dispersion layer after annealing treatment for Fe diffusing into coating and Al diffusing into non-metals.The hardness of the aluminizing coating is bigger than the matrix before annealing treatment,but it decreases after annealing treatment.
